Standards
Protocols Applied Across All Services
Calibre-Specific Lubricants
Different parts require different oils and greases. We maintain the full range and apply each according to specification.
Secure, Logged Storage
Every watch left with us is individually tagged and logged. Pieces are stored securely when not on the bench.
Original Parts Preserved
Replaced parts are kept and returned with the watch unless the owner has agreed otherwise.
Timing Machine Testing
Movement rate tested in multiple positions before reassembly. Results documented and available to owners.
Written Records
Service notes, cost agreements, and restoration plans are documented in writing for every job taken.
Insured Postal Service
For owners outside Krabi, we can arrange secure, insured postal collection and return — please contact us to discuss.
